By gdallas3 - Jun 28, 2010
Between harassing phone calls all hours of the day, and threatening letters in the mail, creditors were driving us insane. Filing for bankruptcy, and hoping you've found the right Austin bankruptcy lawyer can be a scary proposition. Susan Taylor was referred to us by someone we trusted. She helped us understand how bankruptcy would effect us. The pros and the cons. She helped us through the process every step of the way. Thank you Susan. Sincerely, thank you

My New Hero
    By Pam - Jun 25, 2010
Thanks to Susan and her professional and compassionate expertise, I am sleeping nights again. After the past couple of years in real estate, life had become out of control financially! Susan was very understanding and guided me out of a very dark hole. I would, and do, recommend her highly! The process I went thru was explained, follow thru was fantastic, and the fees were exactly what she said they would be up front. She's the best!

I have talked to lawyers before that seem to be rushing you when thery are not in a billing afreement (i.e. before you hire them). Susan spent plenty of time with me on the phone and subsequently in her office. I had prepaid legal insurance and offered to pay her for the extensive time she spent discussing my case and running a means test, yet she did not bill up more than one hour so as to leave me legal benefits to spend for other matters.

Susan is going to Heaven someday thanks to her generousity and selfless determination to help her clients. She knows all the complex rules and can tap dance elequently when required in a court of law. I was most impressed by her up front professionalism and knowledge of Texas and federal bankruptcy laws. If you want a second chance at life, hiring this lady should be your first step.

I called several bankruptcy attorneys and was quoted fees of $2500 and up. I was going through a difficult time financially (obviously), and I could not come up with that kind of cash. Then I called Ms. Taylor and found that her fee was about half of what others were charging! I made an appointment with her, she explained my options, and then she filed my bankruptcy for me. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Ms. Taylor to anyone. Thank you.

I called Susan for a consultation and some basic advice on how to proceed w/ my situation. Even though I'm not a client, she was very forthright in all the information she gave me, even offering solutions I'd not thought of. Taking my situation into account, she offered alternatives that would help benefit me the most in the long run. She is the kind of ethical person you want on your side. I'm very touched knowing she went above and beyond for me, someone who isn't a client and probably will not have to use her services now. Thank you so much!

You MUST use Susan Taylor-personable...

My name is Linda B. I had desperately been searching for a lawyer to help me in filing bankruptcy. Obviously, if filing for bankruptcy, I had very little funds and was behind in my bills but every single lawyer I spoke with quoted anywhere from $2500 to $3800!! How can someone in a bankrupt situation be able to pay those kind of fees? I just happened to run across Susan Taylor's ad in the yellow pages and online and I could not believe my luck. Susan asked if I was working, which I was not, and offered a $500 filing fee because she knew I could not afford the horrendous fees the other attorneys were charging! Hallelujiah!! It seems that the other lawyers should have made that offer under the circumstances but NONE of them ever mentioned it and when I mentioned it myself after speaking to Susan Taylor, some denied that there was an option like that. I couldn't believe the deception. I instantly bonded with Susan because she is so helpful and nice and she put me at ease. She also suggested other things she might be able to help me with as far as student loans and a previous conviction! I consider her my 'saving grace' at one of the worst times of my life and she will always be a friend to me also. PS. She also bought me lunch when I had no money! How sweet is that? Susan Taylor is the ONLY bankruptcy lawyer I would recommend at this point in time as she changed my life. Please give her a call and you'll see what I mean! Linda B. « Hide
